Yet Again, More PeTA Nonsense

If you're going to file petitions in a court, it would be a good thing to not start out by lying in the document.

More Lies from PeTA, with documentation!

Thinking of You

Often.  Every time the "no mas pantalones" commercial comes on TV.

Positive Thinking

A new Facebook page started by a friend, come check it out: Creative Thinking to Help Animals.

Trolls, stalkers, haters and peta-bots please stay away, unless you're willing to let go of the irrational hatred for No Kill and contribute positive ideas for ending the killing of shelter animals.

My sweet dog Georgie-
labeled unadoptable because she barked at people
in the shelter.

Focus on What's Important!

The new mantra of my No Kill friends and allies:

FOCUS ON WHAT'S IMPORTANT

What is important? Supporting existing No Kill communities, working to create more; of course.  Rescuing animals in danger of being killed in shelters, fostering, donating, sharing pleas; absolutely.

But what about engaging in battles with the opponents?  The ones who claim that No Kill can't happen, and deny that there are communities with open admission shelters who are saving 90%  or more of the animals entering the shelters?  The ones who repeat the lies about supporters of No Kill-we support puppy mills, we are in bed with Berman and the CCF, we oppose spay/neuter?  I'm often tempted to ignore the lies and name calling, because I think that very few people read the crap that they post all over the internet.  Then I think that there might be one person who could read these lies, and be swayed by them, and join the few voices who claim that killing shelter animals is good and necessary.  So for me fighting the forces of evil like peta, and "Harve" and Randykins is also important.  I might be able to save one person from joining the dark side.
